Clothing Trends is an independent company that has no affiliation to any other brand, company or corporation. Clothing Trends was established in 2000 and is based in Hertfordshire, UK.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?
We guarantee 100% authenticity and quality on all our products . Our American brands such as Hollister and Aeropostale are sourced direct from the brands in the USA . Our other brands are sourced from registered and trusted UK and European suppliers.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
UK - £4.50
Europe - £7.99
Rest of the world - £14.99

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
UK delivery is within 5 working days of the order being placed, although the usual delivery time is 2-3 working days. UK orders are dispatched as soon as possible via Parcelforce 24 or 48 services. European order delivery is up to 7 working days and the rest of the world order delivery is 10-14 working days.

DO CLOTHING TRENDS HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?
Yes, we operate a 14 day returns policy during which time items can be returned for exchange or refund. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

I AM A UK CUSTOMER, WILL I PAY ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?
No, you will not pay any customs charges or duty. We are a UK company and ALL our stock is held in the UK and so no charges apply. There are no hidden costs at all and so the cost of your order is the price you will pay.

ARE THERE ANY FREEBIES?
All customers placing an order over £120.00 (excluding shipping) will receive a free UK Kolours polo shirt or womens basketball vest (While stocks last).

WHAT IS 3D SECURE AUTHENTICATION?
