Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY DETAILS
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible via Parcelforce 24 or 48 services
OR via Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery.
Orders will be sent our via the most suitable
carrier depending on size and weight.
Delivery is within 5 working days of the order being placed, although the usual delivery time is 2-3 working days.
In the rare event that
an item is temporarily out of stock the delivery
time may be up to 10 working days and customers will
be advised of any delays.
On the day of dispatch
those customers whose orders are being shipped via
Parcelforce will receive an email to confirm that the order has been shipped. Please note this email will be addressed from 'cyberstation Parcelforce'. This will contain the delivery address and the tracking number for information.

UK Postage cost is a flat rate of £4.50 in the UK whatever the size of your order.
For delivery outside the UK , European destinations will be charged at a flat rate of £7.99 for clothing orders whatever the size of your order. Orders will be dispatched by Parcelforce Euro48 or Royal Mail 'International Signed Signed For'. Both services offer Tracking and Insurance.
Delivery normally takes up to 7 working days.
For delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at a flat rate of £14.99 whatever the size of your order. Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' with Tracking and Insurance.
Delivery normally takes 10 to 14 working days.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS POLICY
Clothing Trends operates a Fourteen Day Returns Policy within which items may be returned for a refund of the cost of the item or an exchange providing they are in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt/ info. Please make sure that your name and address are included and you will be refunded the price of the item within 7 working days.
NB: We do not accept returns on underwear.
Please note the following:
1. All return charges are the Customer's liability.
2. We will refund postage/ shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must also return the goods to us at your own cost to our returns department and we advise you to use Royal Mail Recorded or Registered Service and make sure that the goods are adequately packaged and insured during their return journey.

Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected . This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that we are happy to re-despatch items that have been returned for a different size/colour free of charge on the first occasion. However any further returns after the first occasion will be subject to additional postage charge to cover our shipping costs.
